Alpine Friends offers exclusive-use catered chalet holidays in Châtel for up to 8 guests. Our winter prices are based on a 7-night stay for the whole chalet, including breakfast, afternoon tea and six catered evenings.

The chalet is priced as a private, exclusive-use property, making it well suited to families and small groups who want a relaxed, personally hosted ski holiday in the Portes du Soleil. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a baby or young child in addition to the standard 8 guests by arrangement, using a cot or small extra bed.

Prices vary by week depending on season, demand and school holiday dates.

Exclusive-use weekly prices
Our main winter prices are for exclusive use of the whole chalet for up to 8 guests. This means your group has the chalet to yourselves, with catered hospitality included for the week. A cot or small extra bed for a baby or young child may be available by prior arrangement, depending on the group, room setup and bedding requirements.

What is included
Weekly catered stays include 7 nights’ accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea, six catered evenings, wine with dinner, towels and linen. The remaining evening is left free for guests to eat out locally or, where possible, arrange a simple self-service chalet meal as an optional extra.

Booking deposit and balance
A 30% booking deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the chalet. The remaining balance is due 70 days before arrival. Please read our full booking terms and conditions before confirming your stay.

Short stays and flexible bookings
Our main winter stays are based on 7-night whole-chalet bookings. During selected quieter weeks, shorter stays or room-by-room availability may occasionally be possible. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific date or a more flexible arrangement.

Choosing the right week
If you are unsure which week is best for your group, we are happy to help. School holiday weeks, Christmas, New Year and peak February dates usually book earlier, while selected January, March and late-season weeks may offer better value.
